Crusoe in Seattle seeks a Director of Construction & Data Center Operations Finance to own financial oversight of capital projects from groundbreaking to live operations.

You'll manage budgeting, cost control, draw management, and financing compliance across multiple sites, partnering with Treasury, Legal, and Operations to align funding with project milestones and operating budgets. This role blends startup-speed construction with ongoing cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience managing budgets, cost reporting and draw processes on large capital projects.
• Familiarity with construction loan agreements and lender requirements.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and cost control for construction and operating data centers.
• Monitor spend, schedule, and funding across multiple projects; manage handoff to operations.
• Support GC/EPC contracts and payment terms from a financial perspective.
• Provide cost visibility to leadership and lenders with accurate reporting.
