Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. seeks a General Superintendent – Data Centers to lead field execution on large-scale, mission-critical data center projects. You will coordinate across multiple Superintendents and trades, prioritizing safety, quality, and schedule certainty.

You will partner with PX/CX to drive execution strategies, integrate complex MEP systems, and advance prefabrication and digital coordination while mentoring field teams across diverse scopes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience, including data center and mission-critical projects.
• Proven experience leading multiple concurrent large-scale projects.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• LEED GA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership across multiple concurrent data center projects.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and execution against project goals.
• Coordinate with PX/CX to ensure delivery across safety, quality, and cost.
• Lead coordination of complex MEP systems and commissioning readiness.
• Develop and oversee execution strategies including prefabrication, modularization, and accelerated delivery.
• Mentor and develop Project Superintendents and field staff across scopes and phases.
