Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Data Center General Superintendent to lead field installation, coordinate labor, and ensure quality and safety on assigned projects. You will manage on-site activities, review submittals, and drive efficiency to keep the project on schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial construction, especially Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC for large Data Center builds, and strong communication skills with Procore proficiency. Travel 0-5% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction (Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC).
• Experience on large Data Center projects >$10M.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate Admin staff.
• Proficient with Procore, Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for quality installation of the project.
• Work with Safety to ensure compliance with ENFRA Policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Review submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify potential change orders and discuss cost impacts with management.
