Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems division seeks a Field Services Project Manager to lead startup and commissioning for large data center clients. You will coordinate with DOCs, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and serve as the primary on-site contact.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical construction or commissioning, a Bachelor’s degree, and PMP or commissioning certification. Travel about 75%; reside within 50 miles of Worthington, OH.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or higher.
• 5+ years leading electrical, construction, or industrial projects.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• No relocation; reside within 50 miles of Worthington, OH.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and risk management.
• Receive handoffs and review scope, schedule, and requirements.
• Use PM tools to maintain milestones and on-site deliverables.
• Coordinate project meetings and communication plans with stakeholders.
• Drive efficiencies by coordinating with other trades and teams.
• Oversee closeout: punch lists, warranties, and transitions.
• Be the on-site primary contact; mentor team members.
• Collaborate with NAS PMO, sales engineers, and TAS to align orders and timelines.
• Ensure safety program compliance and risk mitigation.
