Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) division seeks a Field Services Project Manager to direct startup and commissioning projects for large data center clients. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and on-site coordination with DOCs and other trades to ensure quality delivery.

Responsibilities include milestone adherence, stakeholder communication, and closeout execution.

Qualifications

HS Diploma/GED or higher.
Minimum 5 years leading electrical/construction/industrial projects.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
No visa sponsorship for this role.
No relocation offered; must reside within 50 miles of Fenton, MO.

Responsibilities

Oversee scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality project completion.
Receive job handoffs and review initial technical scope, scheduling requirements.
Utilize project management tools to meet milestones and deliverables on site.
Lead project meetings and communicate plans to stakeholders.
Coordinate Eaton scheduling with other trades to drive on-site efficiencies.
Manage closeout activities including punch lists, warranty, and handover to owner.
Provide safety program guidance and coordinate with customers and subcontractors.
Collaborate with NAS PMO, sales engineers, and TAS to align expectations with orders and timelines.
Offer mentorship and develop team capabilities in project execution.
