Job summary

CDL Labor Logistics is seeking a Data Center FieldOps Technician to support loopback testing and circuit audits in New Albany, OH. This 3‑month contract role offers extension potential and involves testing, documenting results, and coordinating with customer teams to ensure network integrity in the data center.

Responsibilities include identifying circuits for loopback testing, setting up test equipment, and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications

• Fiber experience with MMF/SMF preferred.
• 1–3 years of fiber experience preferred.
• Experience in data center installation is desirable.
• Familiarity with OSI network concepts and loopback testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform loopback testing and circuit audits as per project requirements.
• Identify circuits needing loopback tests and document results.
• Set up test equipment and simulate traffic on circuits.
• Troubleshoot faults found during testing and audits.
• Ensure proper configuration verification and proper circuit connections.
