TEKsystems seeks Rising Talent Fiber Technicians for a six-month project at a Haskell, TX site. Roles include Level 1 and Lead Technicians to install data center cabling and equipment, with boot camps and on-site training provided. Onsite housing and meals are available, with a $50 daily per diem.

The position is contract-based and fully onsite in Abilene, TX. Pay starts at $22/hr, with overtime expected; typical weeks include at least 10+ OT hours and a potential $33/hr rate for overtime.

Job Title: Rising Talent Fiber Technicians

Job Description

We are seeking Level 1 Technicians and Lead Technicians to join our team for a six-month project at the site in Haskell, TX. This role involves the installation of data center cabling and equipment, including fiber optics, racks, and cable trays. Prepare equipment for installation in new build data centers.

Pay starts at $22/hr with at least 10+ hours of OT to be expected most weeks ($33/hr) & $50 daily per diem provided. Free training for entry level Texas residents available. Free meals & housing available on site as well.

This is a Contract position based out of Abilene, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
