Salute Inc. is hiring a Data Center Facilities Technician in McCarran, NV, to provide on-site maintenance for client facilities. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs, supporting engineering and operations teams with building upkeep.

The role includes cleaning, tool management, door repairs, and signage mounting, plus HVAC and lighting maintenance. A HS diploma and 1 year of maintenance experience are required, with a strong safety mindset and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Preferred: HVAC, Critical Facility Maintenance, and Construction finishing experience.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs; able to work from heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform general area cleanup and maintain a tidy environment.
• Touch-up painting and manage tool inventory and maintenance.
• Undertake door repairs and mount signage as required.
• Execute minor electrical tasks such as replacing light bulbs and addressing small issues.
• Handle minor plumbing tasks, basic carpentry, and light maintenance duties.
• Address industrial cleaning tasks and perform light mechanical work.
• Monitor HVAC systems and lighting, replacing filters and bulbs as needed.
• Assist with furniture setup, teardown, and space reconfiguration.
• Support seasonal tasks including snow removal and landscaping.
