QTS Data Centers is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead site teams, drive policy development, and ensure safe, efficient facility operations across multiple data center sites. The role collaborates with COE and local management to align with corporate standards and strategic goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, and capital project oversight to meet financial objectives, operational performance, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ten or more years of data center operations management or related field.
• Five or more years leading cross-organizational teams in critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations and set policies to meet customer and financial objectives.
• Oversee operating budgets, staffing, and capital projects for compliance with financial goals.
• Coordinate with COE and local managers to maintain standards and resolve operational issues.
