Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a Data Center, Network facilities and/or Building facilities management experience.
• 2+ years in project and facilities management software or tools.
• 2+ years environmental, health, and safety regulations recommended.
• 2+ years leadership and team management experience supervising field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities aspects of multiple locations and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage various contractors including electrical, HVAC, generator, UPS, janitorial, security, and landscaping.
• Lead all Building Services staff in preventive maintenance and repair tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections and plan repairs or upgrades as needed.
• Participate in budget planning for maintenance, capital improvements, and repairs.
• Ensure facilities comply with regulatory and EH&S standards.
• Coordinate facility operations, renovations, and other projects.
• Train and develop a high-performing team of Real Estate Operations technicians.
• Provide emergency support over phone or in person; support 24x7 emergency activities.
