Salute Inc. in Fernley, NV is seeking a Data Center Facilities Site Lead with HVAC qualifications to supervise a multi-skilled team of operators in a data center setting.

You will oversee preventative and corrective HVAC maintenance, coordinate with hyperscale clients, and ensure safe, efficient operations. The role requires technical and leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with computer-based systems for maintenance planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years HVAC and critical facility maintenance
• 2–3 years technical and electrical experience
• 3–5 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management
• OSHA 30 certification and EPA/608 license preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HVAC maintenance activities with safety and quality
• Mentor team and ensure proper techniques
• Coordinate with client and project leadership
• Manage work orders and documentation
• Oversee maintenance planning and reporting
• Support site maintenance projects across trades
