Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Data Center Facility Manager to lead and maintain mission-critical infrastructure in a high‑volume data center environment in the United States. You will supervise 24x7 engineering technicians and Facility Managers, manage budgets, and drive safety, reliability, and efficiency across multiple shifts.

With a strong background in electrical/mechanical systems and at least 5 years in a managerial role, you will engage with cross‑functional teams to complete improvement projects

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial electrical or mechanical systems experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience with 8-10 direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical infrastructure.
• Oversee safety, security, availability, quality, and performance of the team across multiple shifts.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians and Facility Managers.
