Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Odessa, TX seeks a Lead Facilities Technician for our data center. You will oversee preventive maintenance, monitor critical building systems, and ensure 100% uptime of UPS, cooling, electrical and fire/life safety systems.

You will perform troubleshooting, manage work orders in CMMS, coordinate with vendors, and follow safety procedures including NFPA70E. 2+ years data center/critical facility experience required; EPA 608 and Corrigo CMMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working in a data center/critical facility.
• Experience with building systems including UPS, emergency generators, and switchgear.
• Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills; working knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance of all building systems to ensure uptime.
• Record readings and adjust as needed to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Analyze system operation, identify causes of malfunctions, and take corrective action.
• Manage work orders, CMMS, vendor management, and customer-facing tickets.
