Qualifications

• Certified Wildlife Biologist to complete MBTA Bird Surveys.
• Experience in environmental permitting or compliance for large-scale projects.
• Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site environmental compliance across construction phases.
• Coordinate with permit managers to ensure permit conditions are met.
• Lead consultants and coordinate with regulators and stakeholders.
• Support pre-construction activities and operational turnover with environmental considerations.
• Maintain and report project status and contribute to Environmental Excellence programs.
