Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Environmental Compliance Project Manager to lead environmental permitting and compliance for data center construction in Pecos, TX. You will coordinate across regulatory agencies, internal teams, and consultants to ensure timely permit acquisition and ongoing compliance throughout the build.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in environmental permitting or compliance in America, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and experience managing complex projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of environmental permitting or compliance experience in America.
• 5+ years of program and project management experience in America.
• Certified Wildlife Biologist and MBTA Bird Surveys expertise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with experts to satisfy environmental obligations on construction timelines.
• Manage environmental and construction consultants supporting site delivery.
• Prepare and submit AHJ notifications and reports to agencies.
• Oversee onsite inspections and ensure compliance with CWA 402/401/404.
