Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Operations Technician II to help maintain and operate critical data center infrastructure in OH. You will support electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems, work with on-site teams, and help implement new technologies and procedures to ensure high uptime.

This role requires a flexible schedule, potential shift rotations, and on-call work. Candidates should have 2+ years in facilities maintenance and hands-on experience with MS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment and operations.
• Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within established SLA.
• On-site management of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring work follows procedures and safety rules.
