Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/EE or related field
• 3+ years in data center operations or related infrastructure roles
• Strong knowledge of server platforms (x86), storage, and networking
• Experience with rack installation, cabling, power distribution, and cooling
• Familiarity with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and vendor support (RMA)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in raised-floor environments
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networking hardware.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs; coordinate RMAs.
• Monitor environmental conditions and respond to alerts.
• Support capacity planning, inventory management, and expansion projects.
• Execute cabling, rack-and-stack, and physical installation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and changes.
• Assist with compliance, security, and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
