Job summary

Zuven technologies Inc is seeking a Data Center Technician to deploy end-to-end data center technologies and manage assets.

The role requires monitoring alarms for both equipment and MEP systems, executing change requests, and handling incident tickets with independence and reliability. A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field with 2–4 years of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 2-4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent experience through applicable knowledge and duties may be considered.
• Experience with Change Management is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and identify basic problems.

Job description

Position Purpose:

Deploys data center related end-to-end technologies. Tracks assets and cabling using standard documentation. Monitors and responds to alarms for data center equipment. Monitors and responds to alarms for the mechanical/electric plant (MEP). Completes change requests and associated tasks as assigned. Responds to incident tickets as assigned.

Education/Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 2 4 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

One or more of the following skills are desired.

Soft Skills:
