Job summary

Corvant is seeking a Data Center Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical infrastructure in data centers. The role involves mechanical and cooling systems, dealing with uptime and reliability, and requires travel as needed.

Strong safety focus and the ability to work in mission-critical environments are essential. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience with mechanical and cooling systems, EPA/OSHA credentials as preferred and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Technical school preferred.
OSHA 10 preferred.
EPA Certification preferred.
Valid Driver’s License required.
AAON Certified preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience with mechanical, cooling, or critical infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, service, and troubleshooting tasks safely in data center environments.
Inspect, maintain, and repair cooling and mechanical infrastructure systems (CRAC/CRAH, chilled water, pumps).
Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.
Diagnose issues with cooling, airflow, temperature control, and equipment performance.
Support installation, startup, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
Respond to service calls and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
Document maintenance activities and system performance as required.
Adhere to safety procedures and operational standards.
