Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance w/polygraph
• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• 3–8 years in Data Center infrastructure Operations support and server administration
• 3–8 years incident management for electrical and mechanical failures
• Expertise in two or more: Power capacity allocation, incident management, systems admin, networking

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor data center environments; troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Document technologies supported and maintain run books
• Execute small projects; plan larger local projects with manager
• Suggest process improvements and drive automation where possible
• Escalate complex issues to resolver groups as needed
