Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. is seeking a Datacenter Engineer in Englewood, CO to manage 24x7 DC operations. You will perform hands-on tasks across servers, storage, network gear, and cabling, while handling incidents and coordinating with vendors for projects and maintenance.

The role follows a 4-on/3-off week with 12-hour shifts, requiring strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in managing datacenters operations for a large and complex customer.
• Hands-on datacenter management including servers, racks, fiber/copper cabling.
• Experience in capacity planning for rack space, power, cooling.
• Handling incidents/service requests and adhering to SLA.
• Coordination with DC vendors for projects and break fixes.
• Supporting project teams for new installations and decommissioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support for infra/datacenter operations.
• Perform 100% hands-on datacenter management (servers, racks, cabling).
• Racking, stacking, decommissioning and break-fix in the DC.
• Coordinate with vendors for new projects and break fixes.
• Support project teams for installations and decommissioning.
• Route DC monitoring and maintenance activities.

Title : Datacenter Engineer

Location :Englewood, CO 80112

Working in 24X7 environment in shift

Mandatory Skills

• Accountable for 24* 7 support for overall Infra/ Datacenter (Servers, Storage, Network, Racks
• etc) Operations.
• 100% hands-on datacenter management (servers, racks, fiber / copper cablings etc),
• Well versed working (Racking / Stacking / Cabling / Decommissioning / Break-fix) on DC
• Hardware e.g. Servers, Storage, Backup, Router, Switches firewall etc.
• 3-7 years of experience in managing datacenters operations of a large and complex customer.
• Experience in Capacity planning for Rack space, power, cooling, DC modular containment,
• necessary monitoring tools and services.
• Handling Incidents / Service Request and adhering to contractual SLAs.
• Coordinating with Various DC Vendors for new projects and Break fixes.
• Supporting Project teams for new installations and decommissioning.
• Routing DC Monitoring and Maintenance activities.

The shift schedule consists of 4 days of work followed by 3 days off, then the next week has 3 days of work and 4 days off, with each shift being 12 hours.
