Job summary

Data Airflow, LLC seeks a Facility Service Technician — Electrical to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, UPS, ATS, and STS in a data center environment. You will follow client directives to ensure continuous uptime and safety.

Role requires 3+ years of hands-on electrical maintenance, NFPA 70E qualification, CMMS experience, and the ability to read single-line diagrams. On-site, full-time position in a mission-critical facility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical maintenance in data center or critical facility environments.
• Ability to read single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and manuals.
• Experience with 120V control power and 480V distribution systems.
• Familiarity with UPS, ATS, STS and motor/drive systems.
• CMMS usage for work orders, PMs, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on electrical systems including UPS, ATS, STS.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot motors and VFDs to support reliability.
• Monitor power quality, load readings, and alarm states across distribution.
• Document building rounds and readings from electrical distribution equipment.
• Execute PMs and follow MOP tasks within client SLA requirements.
• Support safe electrical switching and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Assist RCA and incident documentation after electrical events.
• Coordinate with client engineering staff and vendors for maintenance.
• Maintain records in CMMS and support commissioning activities.
• Uphold NFPA 70E safety standards and permit-to-work requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
