Job summary

Encore Electric, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Electrical Superintendent to oversee large‑scale data center installations from the ground up. You will supervise Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices, travel region‑wide, and drive safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Electrician License in CO/UT/WY or reciprocal state.
• Ten years of progressive electrical leadership experience, with six as Foreman.
• Five years of working on Data Center projects in a leadership role.
• Strong resume and references from previous projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews on Data Center projects.
• Travel throughout an assigned region to oversee Data Center projects as needed.
• Communicate and set job site goals with stakeholders.
• Establish long-term partnerships with General Contractors and Subcontractors on site.
• Engage and help develop new Encore standards and processes.
• Ordering material, job site planning, scheduling, and man loading.
• Assist Project Manager with project financials.
• Take accountability for safety, quality control, and productivity of all employees.
