Job summary

GCON Management Company LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical installations for large-scale data center projects. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and trade partners to ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery.

The role requires 8–10 years in electrical trade with at least 5 years in supervisory roles, plus strong knowledge of high-voltage distribution, emergency backup systems, and building

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing electrical scope on large-scale projects.
• Minimum 8–10 years in electrical trade; 5+ years in supervision.
• Familiarity with high-voltage distribution, emergency backup, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency in Procore or similar PM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the electrical installation team on-site to complete electrical systems for 100M+ data center projects.
• Serve as main contact for electrical activities with project managers, general contractors, trade partners, and vendors.
• Coordinate work between electrical trades and other disciplines to meet schedules and safety standards.
• Ensure electrical work complies with codes, standards, and specifications; perform regular inspections.
• Maintain safety by enforcing OSHA protocols and monitoring worker adherence.
• Track progress, identify delays, and take proactive measures to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with HVAC, structural, civil teams to resolve clashes and foster teamwork.
