Job summary

BE&K Building Group is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for data center projects. You will provide overall direction on the job, build strong relationships with owners and architects, and ensure safety, quality, compliance, and turnover readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 8–12 years of electrical construction experience, proven leadership of field teams, and the ability to manage schedules, pre-construction logistics, safety plans, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of experience in electrical-focused construction projects.
• Ability to lead and partner with Project Manager and staff.
• Must possess effective communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel for data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day job site activities including OSHA safety compliance.
• Direct field personnel according to the project plan.
• Communicate progress daily to the Project Manager.
• Manage subcontractor performance to quality and ethics.
• Attend and lead safety and coordination meetings.
• Ensure baselines schedules and turnover readiness are achieved.
