IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, seeks a full-time Superintendent - Data Center in Pecos, Texas, to oversee electrical construction on mission-critical projects, lead field teams, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality.

The role requires 8–12 years electrical experience, data center exposure preferred, and an electrical license; strong leadership, coordination with trades, and accurate documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Technical or construction-related degree preferred.
• 8–12 years electrical construction experience with 1–3 years in supervision.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience preferred.
• Electrical license (Journeyman or Master) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all on-site electrical construction activities from mobilization to turnover.
• Coordinates field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to meet milestones.
• Develops short-interval plans, look-ahead schedules, and manpower forecasts.
• Ensures safety policies and OSHA standards are followed on site.
• Interprets drawings, specs, and codes; enforces quality and compliance.
