Job summary

Zekelman Industries is seeking a Data Center Electrical Project Manager in Royse City, TX to lead planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical electrical construction projects across Texas. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and turnover while collaborating with customers, engineers, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in CM/engineering/business or related field; equivalent electrical construction experience considered.
• 7+ years electrical construction experience and 5+ years PM or leadership.
• Experience managing budgets, procurement, contracts, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Must interpret electrical drawings and specifications; NEC knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop execution plans covering scope, budget, schedule, staffing, procurement, and quality.
• Coordinate engineering, BIM/VDC, procurement, field ops, and turnover activities.
• Maintain project controls: budgets, change orders, RFIs, and risk mitigation.
• Provide executive reporting on status, cost, schedule, and risk.
• Drive safe, on-time, on-budget delivery with zero-defect focus.
