Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction - Junior to Mid Project Manager (Electrical) in Indianapolis, IN, to oversee critical environments projects with relocation to Fort Wayne for 1 year. The role demands onsite presence 4-5 days per week and strong leadership of electrical / MEP coordination on high‑visibility data center projects.

You will mentor teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with clients, A&E professionals, and vendors to keep projects on track and aligned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2+ years in electrical project management with exposure to high-voltage power distribution, substations, or data center MEP infrastructure.
• Bachelor's, Associate, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full scope of data center construction projects on-site.
• Lead project teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Maintain client relationships and act as a trusted partner to achieve the client vision.
