Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager - Electrical to lead the safe, reliable and compliant operation of mission-critical electrical systems supporting OCI data centers. You will report to the Site Operations Director and own electrical plant operations, maintenance execution, vendor performance, technician leadership, operational readiness, and incident response to ensure continuous uptime.

As Facilities Operations Manager – Electrical, you will lead the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of mission-critical electrical systems supporting OCI data centers. Reporting to the Site Operations Director, this role owns electrical plant operations, maintenance execution, vendor performance, technician leadership, operational readiness, and incident response to ensure continuous uptime and protection of compute load.
