Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is hiring a Facilities Manager for electrical facilities to lead safe, reliable operation of mission-critical electrical systems in data-center environments. You will oversee maintenance execution, vendor performance, technician leadership, and incident response to protect compute capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operation, maintenance, and service execution for critical electrical infrastructure.
  • Single POC as the technical lead for all mechanical systems, including incident escalation
  • Own electrical plant readiness, including preventive maintenance, testing, repairs, corrective work, and outage coordination.
  • Manage technicians, contractors, and service vendors, ensuring safety, quality, procedural discipline, and SLA performance.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and restoration for electrical faults, equipment degradation, abnormal conditions, and operational incidents.
  • Drive rigorous execution of switching, maintenance coordination, and safe work practices in line with approved procedures and code requirements.
  • Track and improve KPIs such as equipment availability, backlog, incident trends, MTTR, maintenance completion, and corrective action closure.
  • Partner with engineering, commissioning, and deployment teams on upgrades, lifecycle replacements, new capacity turn-up, and system handoff.
  • Lead or support root cause analysis for electrical events and ensure corrective actions are documented, implemented, and sustained.
  • Maintainaccurate, audit-ready records including procedures, service reports, one-lines, test results, and CMMS data.
  • Champion electrical safety, including NFPA 70E, LOTO, PPE, contractor compliance, and switching discipline.
  • Coach and develop technicians and frontline leaders to reinforce safety, technical capability, and execution quality.

Role Overview

AsaFacilitiesManager supporting our Electrical Facilities, you will lead the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of mission-critical electrical systems supporting OCI data centers.This role owns electrical maintenance execution, vendor performance, technician leadership, operational readiness, and incident response to ensure continuous uptime and protection of compute load.

You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as switchgear, UPS, batteries, generators, transfer switches, PDUs, busway, grounding, and related monitoring platforms. This role is centered on plant operations and field execution rather than primary design authority.
