  • Promote continuous training and professional development to maintain technical depth and compliance.
  • Foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Direct daily operations of electrical infrastructure, ensuring uptime and system reliability.
  • Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), one-line diagrams, and operational documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable safety codes and regulations (NFPA 70E, OSHA, NERC, etc.).
  • Implement and enforce lockout/tagout, energized work, and arc flash safety programs.
  • Conduct audits, reliability assessments, and system testing to ensure ongoing operational readiness.
  • Lead root‑cause analyses and corrective actions following electrical incidents or outages.
  • Manage coordination between electrical operations and on‑site power generation systems.
  • Support load management, redundancy, and expansion planning for critical systems.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to reliability, maintenance, and safety performance.
  • Prepare and deliver operational performance reports to leadership.
  • Oversee vendor and contractor performance to ensure SLA compliance and service quality.
  • Lead annual reviews of team performance, staffing, and system reliability.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Mechanical, Controls, and Operations teams to ensure integrated site performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, technology upgrades, and team training.
  • Participate in planning and execution of expansions, retrofits, and system upgrades.
