Job summary

JSET Automated Technologies is seeking a Traveling Electrical Foreman to support data center and mission-critical construction projects across the United States. This hands-on leadership role directs crews, enforces safety standards, and ensures high-quality execution on active sites.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in electrical/construction environments, strong leadership, and travel willingness to support nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electrical/construction environments.
• Experience leading crews or field teams.
• Ability to read blueprints and project docs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with safety protocols on construction sites.
• Experience with digital reporting and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field activities on data center and industrial construction projects.
• Direct technicians and crews to ensure safe, productive work.
• Organize daily/weekly work plans based on project priorities.
• Monitor crew productivity, tool readiness, and jobsite performance.
• Assign tasks and resolve field challenges as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and project standards.
• Communicate manpower, material, and project needs to Superintendents/PMs.
• Complete daily reports and next-day plans in Procore.
• Support material management and site organization.
• Conduct quality checks to identify installation issues early.
