Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Data Center EHS Specialist to lead safety initiatives on one of the largest data center deployments in the United States. You will apply PMO-style standards to manage day-to-day safety operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and regulatory requirements.

In this on-site role, you will develop and deliver safety programs, conduct hazard assessments, maintain documentation, and participate in investigations.

Qualifications

• Plan and implement safety policies and procedures aligned with OSHA and Black Box's IIPP.
• Develop and deliver safety and orientation training programs.
• Inspect facilities to identify hazards, recommend corrective measures, and verify implementation.
• Maintain safety documentation including audits, inspections, PTPS, JHAs, and SDSs.
• Participate in accident and injury investigations and support materials for hearings and insurance cases.

Responsibilities

• Plan safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and IIPP.
