Black Box in Louisiana is seeking a Data Center EHS Specialist to lead safety on a major data center construction project. You will oversee PMO-aligned safety practices, coordinate on-site risk controls, and ensure timelines and deliverables meet stringent standards.

The role emphasizes training, incident investigations, and documentation, with collaboration across teams to maintain a secure, compliant build environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and applying safety programs in construction environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and hazard assessment processes.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations and the company IIPP.
• Develops and delivers safety training programs and orientations.
• Inspects facilities to identify hazards, recommends corrective measures, and verifies implementation.
• Maintains safety documentation including audits, inspections, PTPS, JHAs, and SDSs.
• Participates in accident investigations and supports materials for hearings and insurance cases.
