Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Data Center Team Lead for the Dock – D-Shift (Thu-Fri 6:00am-2:30PM; Sat-Sun 6:00AM-6:30PM) at our New Albany datacenter in Ohio. You will oversee inbound/outbound freight, manage cycles, and install server racks with precision, ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires 3-5 years of related experience, strong customer service, and ability to use WMS and tools. Base pay is $27.00 per hour; on-site work with opportunities to cross-train.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Able to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Experience with computers; knowledge of electrical safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee server rack placement and cabling following diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment (straddle stackers, rack movers, pallet jacks).
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and 5S standards in the workspace.
