Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Development Management Associate to support delivery of new data center campuses from concept to completion. You will manage cross-functional workstreams, facilitate meetings, and implement program processes and dashboards for leadership awareness.

The role requires a 4-year degree and at least 2 years in real estate/development, with strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Requires a 4-year degree in business, finance, real estate, economics or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate investment/development, site selection or related real estate or investment experience.
Excellent communication (listening, verbal and written), attention to detail and team skills.

Responsibilities

Support the project management of activities from initial stage through data center completion.
Facilitate cross-functional communications, meetings and project activities to ensure successful development.
Coordinate multiple projects in various stages and ensure milestones are met on time.
Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration from initiation to pre-construction approvals.
Manage document control and preparation of dashboards for senior management.
