Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in data centers, real estate development, sourcing, underwriting, or related areas preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to identify industry trends, assess financial viability, and identify risk.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to guide data center development and value-add opportunities.
• Assess feasibility and profitability of new development via market research and underwriting.
• Coordinate with consultants on land use, site planning, risk assessment, and entitlements.
• Create presentations/reports to support assumptions and pitch opportunities.
• Track opportunities, competition, trends, and activity in the market.
• Assist leadership in advancing strategic initiatives.
• Research data center industry trends and synthesize findings for the team.
