Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced Data Center Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-density data center fit-out projects, focusing on MEP, LV/IT, cooling, and rack-level infrastructure.

You will manage external design consultants and vendors, coordinate internal stakeholders, review OFCI equipment packages, and shepherd projects from shell to full data hall fit-out and construction delivery, with a hybrid office schedule in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data center facilities, engineering, or design.
• Experience with technology and rack-level design.
• Proven experience taking projects from shell/four walls through data hall fit-out.
• Electrical engineering background preferred.
• Strong understanding of cooling, power distribution, and LV/IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of high-density data center fit-out projects, focusing on white space, MEP, LV/IT, and rack-level infrastructure.
• Manage external design consultants and vendors, coordinate internal technical stakeholders, review design packages and OFCI equipment.
• Support projects from initial shell through full data hall fit-out and construction delivery.
