Meta is seeking a Design Project Lead for our Data Center Design Engineering organization, focused on critical facilities. You will oversee the design and construction administration as an Owner’s Representative, leading Civil, Structural, Landscape, and Architecture disciplines.

In this role you will coordinate with internal planning, construction management, safety, and operations teams, as well as external engineers of record and contractors, to deliver data center capacity safely, on time,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or similar Engineering qualification.
• 8+ years of professional experience in mission-critical building design, construction, and/or operations.
• Strong project management experience and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with IBC, ASCE, and European equivalents and safety standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams and regulators.
• LEED accreditation is a plus.

• Lead CSLA disciplines as SME and Owner’s Representative.
• Oversee design development and construction administration for data centers.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure schedule, budget, and quality.
• Apply AI-enabled workflows to optimize design and construction processes.
