Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Tiger Team, Technical Deployment Lead, to support our data center expansion across the U.S. and Canada. This 100% on-site role focuses on delivering infrastructure, training on-site teams, and hardware/network diagnostics.

The ideal candidate has hands-on hardware experience, Linux proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with network engineers and project managers. Expect up to 60% travel on a rotational basis, with lifting up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PC hardware assembly and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Linux OS.
• Knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Understanding of cable management and hardware orientation.
• Strong communication with engineers and project managers.
• Able to manage time and own projects.
• Flexible travel up to 60% in rotation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to build and deploy data center sites.
• Implement and document a global data center standard.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networks.
• Perform root-cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams.
• Conduct on-site audits per QA/QC process.
• Provide technical support to data center teams globally.
• Develop tools and scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Maintain test equipment and tools.
