Job summary

Introl in the United States is seeking a Data Center Deployment Foreman I to lead field execution on large GPU cluster deployments. You will supervise Deployment Leads, shape schedules, manage safety, and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure on-time, quality delivery across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in infrastructure deployment, deep fiber and cabling knowledge, and strong leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure deployment, data center operations, or mission-critical facility deployment.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling and high-density fiber optic architectures; experience with GPU clusters is a plus.
• Fluent English with ability to direct teams and coordinate with project management.

Responsibilities

• Own full execution of assigned project or large multi-phase scope and supervise crews.
• Lead through Deployment Leads (DCDLs) to set direction at lead level.
• Create and maintain daily/weekly work plans and set task priorities based on schedule and conditions.
• Coordinate with PM on progress, risks, and change management.
• Ensure milestones and deadlines are met and maintain safety and quality standards.
