Job summary

Introl is seeking a Data Center Deployment Foreman I to lead and support full project execution on large-scale GPU deployments, guiding Deployment Leads to steer schedule, quality, and safety.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, manage risks, and ensure delivery with minimal PM day-to-day involvement, directing crews and enforcing standards across high-density fiber, cabling, and HPC infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure deployment, data center operations, or mission‑critical deployment.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling and high‑density fiber optics.
• Ability to direct teams, interpret blueprints, and coordinate with PMs.

Responsibilities

• Own full execution of an assigned project or large multi‑phase scope — lead through Deployment Leads.
• Set task priorities and execution sequence based on schedule and field conditions.
• Allocate manpower across Leads based on real‑time priorities.
• Coordinate with the PM on progress, risks, and change conditions.
• Enforce quality standards and safety across all Lead‑managed crews.
