Introl is seeking a Data Center Deployment Foreman I to lead field deployment activities for GPU cluster projects. You will drive schedule adherence, quality, and safety by coordinating a team of Deployment Leads and collaborating with Project Managers in a high‑stakes data center environment.

Applicants should bring 5+ years in infrastructure deployment, strong knowledge of fiber and cabling, and fluent English. The role requires national travel to project sites and full‑time commitment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure deployment experience, including data center operations.
• Experience leading through Deployment Leads and coordinating multiple crews.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and safety focus.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with PMs on schedule and risks.

Responsibilities

• Own full execution of assigned project scope and manage crews.
• Lead through Deployment Leads to set direction and priorities.
• Create and maintain daily/weekly work plans and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with PM on progress, risks, and changes.
• Enforce quality standards and resolve field conflicts without PM input.
