Job summary

Introl is seeking a Data Center Deployment Foreman I to lead field teams and drive end-to-end project execution for large-scale GPU cluster deployments. You will oversee coordination with Project Managers and Deployment Leads, ensuring adherence to schedule, safety, and quality across multiple sites.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in infrastructure deployment, data centers or mission-critical facilities, with strong cabling and fiber expertise, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure deployment, data centers, or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of cabling and fiber architectures.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with PMs.
• Excellent organizational and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Own full execution of assigned project or large scope and lead crews.
• Coordinate with Deployment Leads and Sr. DCDLs to set direction.
• Create and maintain daily/weekly work plans.
• Set priorities based on schedule and field conditions.
• Allocate manpower across Leads as priorities change.
• Communicate progress, risks, and changes with PM.
• Ensure milestones are met and escalate risks when needed.
• Enforce quality standards and reduce rework.
• Resolve field conflicts without PM input where possible.
• Monitor productivity and adjust resources to close gaps.
