Job summary

TeraWulf seeks a Customer Delivery Manager in Kentucky to own the delivery of colocation projects from lease negotiation to turnover. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to ensure the tenant is Ready-for-Service.

The role requires strong tenant-facing communication, cross-functional leadership, and experience with data-center delivery, MEP systems, and change management. This position is on-site in Hawesville, KY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years in project delivery, design coordination, or program management with tenant-facing experience.
• Experience delivering data centers or large-scale facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease negotiation support and tenant requirements intake.
• Lead delivery from lease execution through commissioning and turnover.
• Coordinate design, changes, and procurement across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain deployment readiness and tenant-facing sign-off tracking.
