Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years hiring and managing technicians; 1+ year IT hardware lifecycle experience.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance level Top Secret with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a Decom team of hourly employees within the ADC.
• Ensure overall safety and security across multiple teams/shifts.
• Plan, forecast, and resolve staffing needs; mentor and develop direct reports.
