SLB New Energy & Industrial seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to support its Data Center infrastructure solutions business. You will manage system transactions related to customer orders, ensure accuracy, and align with project and financial requirements to enable on‑time delivery and revenue realization.

The role requires entering bookings, aligning SOs with WBS, handling invoicing, and supporting process improvements while adhering to safety protocols on the shop floor.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years in customer service, order management, materials, or related environment preferred.
• Experience processing customer orders, invoices, or other transactional activities.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Enter and manage all new bookings in the system to ensure accurate planning and execution.
• Maintain alignment between sales orders (SO), work breakdown structure (WBS), and project requirements.
• Lead and manage warranty and aftermarket order demand.
• Collaborate with Finance to process revenue recognition, milestone payments, and cash invoices.
• Support commercial invoicing activities to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Ensure financial data is correctly reflected and aligned with order execution.
• Create delivery notes for outbound shipments and ensure alignment with SO lines.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure orders are system-ready for shipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and use PPE on the shop floor.
• Support continuous improvement of order management and system processes.
