Job summary

Pkaza is seeking a Critical Power Sales Associate in Baltimore, MD to join the outside sales team. You will develop regional verticals and tailor requirements for enterprise, colo, and hyperscale clients, working with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and GCs to win opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience selling Critical Power equipment to data centers and a strong network in the mission-critical facilities sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work-related experience.
• 5–10 years sales experience selling Critical Power Distribution Equipment to data centers / critical facilities.
• Extensive network of contacts in the Data Center Industry (Facilities, Engineering Directors, Property Managers).
• Experience selling OEM or Third Party Service equipment (UPS, Battery, PDU, Busway, RPPs).
• Strong consultative data center solutions sales skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional vertical market segments and tailor requirements for the territory.
• Cold call new prospects and manage the sales process from first contact to close.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners to generate additional business.
• Develop and manage channel strategy with engineering firms, distributors, contractors, and GCs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and briefings for prospective clients.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to market Critical Power services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and client onboarding.
