Prime Data Centers is seeking Critical Operations Technicians to join our Dallas facility. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining critical electrical and mechanical equipment, including generators, switchgear, UPS, and HVAC systems, and ensuring safety compliance.
You will perform fault isolation, root cause analysis, and rapid troubleshooting to uphold uptime SLAs. The role requires physical readiness for site rounds, shift work, and supervision of contractor maintenance
The Critical Operations Technician(s) (COT) are Prime Data Center’s front line responders for hands‑on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, stand‑by diesel generators, switchboards/switchgears, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems.
The COT maintains and follows the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost‑effective way. Ensures that data center problems are identified and repaired quickly, that contractors deliver quality services, and that internal customer demands are met.

Location: Onsite in data center located in north Dallas TX area
