Job summary

Quality Technology Services is seeking a Supervisor, Critical Operations to lead maintenance and reliability of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in a 7x24x365 data center environment. The role includes coaching, staffing, and coordinating critical operations activities on-site.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in a leadership role within a data center or similar environment, strong customer service, and problem-solving skills to manage incidents and drive safe, efficient

Qualifications

Four or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience.
Previous direct or indirect people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Establish, implement, and maintain facility policies and procedures within management and policy.
Develop emergency response planning and incident reporting for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Lead preventive maintenance on equipment including HVAC, electrical, and backup systems.
Oversee work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance of critical systems and building structure.
Coordinate Data Center space and cable plant design, implementation, and maintenance.
Provide updates and reporting to the Critical Operations Manager and Site Director.
